The 25 GPM Big Dipper Pro Bundle provides everything needed for a complete Big Dipper installation

The bundle includes: 

The W-250-IS Automatic Grease Removal Device, which is rated to the PDI-G 101, and ASME A112.14.3 and A112.14.4 standards and is capable of accepting up to a 25 GPM (1.58 l/s) flow while holding more than 56.4 lbs. (25.6 kg) of grease.  The center module which comes with digital time control, heater assembly, and mechanized skimming assembly, automatically isolates trapped grease into grease collector for easy disposal.

• Advanced Odor Protection* (patent-pending) keeps odors inside the tank and out of the kitchen.

• Fully automatic self-cleaning cycle. Removes collected grease & oils from tank without any operator assistance. Comes complete with digital control interface and Grease Collector.

The DSA-25-1 Dry Strainer is a companion for Big Dipper units with flow rates up to 25 gallons per minute (gpm). The Dry Strainer simplify maintenance and reduces clogged drains caused by coarse solids build-up.

The CF-VENT-1 Carbon Vent Filter is “activated” when injected with hot air or steam, creating pores that trap odor molecules. Big Dipper Carbon Vent Filter containers are durable and reusable, and the carbon pellets are biodegradable. Each filter comes with one 9-oz. packet of replacement pellets..
