The 25 GPM Big Dipper Pro W-250-IS is rated to the PDI-G 101, and ASME A112.14.3 and A112.14.4 standards and is capable of accepting up to a 25 GPM (1.6 l/s) flow while holding more than 56.4 lbs. (25.6 kg) of grease. The center module which comes with digital time control, heater assembly, and mechanized skimming assembly, automatically isolates trapped grease into grease collector for easy disposal.

Advanced Odor Protection* (patent-pending) keeps odors inside the tank and out of the kitchen.
Fully automatic self-cleaning cycle. Removes collected grease & oils from tank without any operator assistance. Comes complete with digital control interface and Grease Collector.

The LP-405 Drain Pump by Liberty Pump, a specially designed commercial drain pump built to perform in high-head, high-temperature situations. Liberty's QuickTree® Technology provides a separate access cover for easy switch inspection.

The SFK-LP is for applications requiring Big Dipper units to be raised off the floor to accommodate sanitation, the optional SFK-1 Support Frame Kit is available. This frame raises the W-200-IS and W-250-IS Units off the floor directly at the source. The sturdy, compact design lends itself easily to tight situations.
